Our Strategy

We rolled out Project Proctor across all 15 projects with standardized workflows, giving leadership a dashboard view while each PM kept the flexibility to manage their own jobs.

Role-based access meant subs only saw their tasks, clients got progress updates without calling, and PMs had Gantt charts and PDF reports ready for every meeting.
