Built by a builder.

Twenty years managing billion-dollar construction programs for the Army Corps of Engineers, the State Department and the DoD, across Japan, Guam, Australia, the Middle East and Africa — then a decision to build the tools those jobs never had. DVC Apps is one founder in Sarasota, Florida, shipping Project Proctor and Estim8 Pro to 2,000+ contractors.
