Estim8 Pro Now Speaks 11 Languages — and Your Proposal Can Speak the Owner's
The app follows your language. The document follows your customer's. Spanish-speaking crews, English-speaking homeowners, one estimate.

Florida job sites run in Spanish. A lot of the homeowners paying for the work don't. Version 1.2.2 is built for both.
Your language in the app
Switch to Spanish — or Japanese, Chinese, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, Arabic, Russian — under Account, Language, and everything follows. The results, the pricing screen, the material list, and Supe. Talk to Supe in Spanish and Supe answers in Spanish, asks its questions in Spanish, and writes the line items in Spanish: "Teja de hormigón," not "Concrete roof tile." Generated text is translated on the fly and cached, so the second contractor to price a tile roof gets it instantly.
The owner's language on the document
This is the part I haven't seen anywhere else. On the Export screen there's a second setting: Document language. It's independent of the app language. A Spanish-speaking contractor sends an English proposal — PDF, e-signature email, and signing page all in English — and a bilingual estimator flips it the other way for a Spanish-speaking client. Nine document languages today, including Japanese and Chinese.
Why it's seamless
The document language defaults to your app language, so if you never touch it, nothing changes. Set it once on a project and it sticks. The owner's signing page has its own language selector too, so a family reading the proposal together can each read it their way.

1.2.2 is in App Review; Android is built from the same code. If you run a bilingual crew, tell me what else you need. Emails go to info@dvcapps.ai and a person answers.
